Being new to the Birmingham area it was wonderful luck on our part that we selected Carl Davis for our realtor.  After interviewing a few realtors in the area, I knew immediately that Carl was very passionate about his job and the Birmingham area.  It is important to find one who knows the surrounding cities as well as Carl does.  And simply stated when he did not know an answer such as a new school area Carl either looked it up for us or pointed us in the right direction to find out.
